This policy explains how Exponential Labs handles information submitted through the Exponential Labs website.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the company and contact information, product interests, estimated volume, destination, and message you provide. We also receive security and delivery records needed to operate the form, including Turnstile verification, time, and network information.
How we use it
We use the information to assess and respond to your request, prepare a quote, communicate about a potential or active business relationship, prevent misuse, keep required commercial records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell contact-form information.
Processors and disclosure
Vercel hosts the site, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form traffic, and Resend delivers messages when those services are configured. Information may also be shared with a producer, carrier, customs broker, regulator, or other shipment party when necessary for a request and after the commercial scope is clear.
Retention and security
Quote records are kept only as long as needed for the request, a resulting commercial relationship, recordkeeping duties, or dispute handling. Reasonable access and transport safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is free of risk.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete contact information, subject to legal and commercial retention duties. Reply to a business message from us or use the published office contact details once available. This site is for business users and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy when the form, service providers, or legal duties change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
